  • 24" right-hand charbroiler (64,000 BTU) with cast-iron grates for steak-house caliber grill marks.
  • One-piece pull-out drip trays make cleanup fast and sanitary.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off lets chefs stop the whole range instantly if needed.

Bake, Roast & Hold

  • 45,000 BTU standard oven with battery spark ignition—no electrical hook-up required.
  • 175 °F – 550 °F thermostat, porcelain-enameled cavity (14" H × 26" W × 26.5" D) for even, easy-to-clean baking.
  • Includes 1 heavy-duty rack with 2-position side rails.

Integrated Cabinet Base

A full-height stainless cabinet to the left of the oven keeps sheet pans, seasoning tins or cleaning tools right where you need them. Optional swing doors are available at no extra charge—just ask when ordering.

Important: Install under a properly vented hood and maintain 10" clearance to combustible construction (charbroiler is for non-combustible locations only). Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are lit—excessive heat can cause permanent damage and void the warranty.
