Utility Requirements
- Natural gas minimum inlet pressure: 7" W.C. (11" W.C. for LP models)
- Installer-supplied 3/4" flex-hose must comply with ANSI Z 21.69
- Operate under an adequately sized, vented exhaust hood
- For combustible floors, 6" legs or casters are required
- Limit cookware larger than 12" to the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
- Never cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on—permanent damage may occur and is not covered by warranty.
