  • Installer-supplied 3/4" flex-hose must comply with ANSI Z 21.69
  • Operate under an adequately sized, vented exhaust hood
  • For combustible floors, 6" legs or casters are required
Important:
  • Limit cookware larger than 12" to the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
  • Never cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on—permanent damage may occur and is not covered by warranty.
