Important Installation & Use Notes
  • Use on quarry tile, cement, or natural-stone floors, or contact Southbend for alternative installation guidance.
  • Keep oversized cookware (12" Ø+) on rear burners to protect the front rail components.
  • Never cover the charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on—permanent damage may occur.
