Utility Requirements

  • Natural gas supply at 7" W.C. minimum (LP kit available—specify when ordering).
  • If using a flex-hose, I.D. must be ≥ 3/4" and comply with ANSI Z 21.69.
  • Install under a ventilated hood; charbroiler sections require 10" rear clearance to combustible surfaces.
Important:
  • Use oversized (12"+ Ø) cookware on the rear burners only to avoid heat damage to the front rail.
  • Never lay a sheet pan over the charbroiler grates during cleaning—the reflected heat can permanently damage components.
