Built for the busiest kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Range combines high-powered open burners, a true steak-house quality charbroiler, and two full-size ovens in one 60-inch footprint. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction, front-mounted gas shut-off, and removable cast-iron grates make day-to-day operation fast, safe, and reliable.

Important Use & Care Notes

Oversized Cookware: Pots 12" Ø or larger should be kept on the rear burners to avoid overheating the front rail.
Charbroiler Cleaning: Never cover the charbroiler grates with a sheet pan while burners are on – heat reflection can cause permanent damage.
