From breakfast rush to dinner service, this range delivers reliable, even heat across 191,000 total BTU while standing up to the toughest commercial environments.

Key cooking components

  • 12" open-top section (left) with 1 star/​sauté burner (front) & 1 non-clog burner (rear) – ideal for stockpots, sauté pans, or sauce work.
  • 48" smooth steel griddle (right) – 1" polished plate for fast recovery and consistent browning on burgers, bacon, pancakes, and more.
  • Standing pilot lighting for open burners; battery-spark ignition on the oven for match-free starts.
  • Removable cast-iron grates rated for pots up to 14" diameter.
