Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series range combines open-top versatility, high-output charbroiling and a full-size oven in one 60" footprint. A rugged stainless-steel chassis, front-mounted gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator make installation fast and worry-free, while the 273,000 BTU power plant keeps service moving during peak hours.
