Important installation & use notes
  • Unit must be installed under an adequately sized vent hood.
  • Charbroiler sections require 10" clearance to non-combustible surfaces on the rear; side clearance 0".
  • Do not use sheet pans to cover the charbroiler during cleaning – reflected heat will damage components.
  • When using cookware 12" Ø or larger, place pots on the rear burners to avoid excessive heat on the front rail.
