Important use & care notes
  • Install under a properly vented hood; maintain 10" clearance to combustibles (charbroiler requires non-combustible location).
  • Use cookware 12" + only on rear burners to prevent overheating the front rail.
  • Never place sheet pans over charbroiler grates while burners are lit—this can cause severe damage not covered by warranty.
