Engineered for the heaviest commercial loads, the Southbend Ultimate 60" range pairs a massive 48" thermostatic griddle with a versatile split open-top section: one 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burner in front for fast pan work and one 33,000 BTU non-clog burner in the rear for stock pots. Heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, front-mounted gas shut-off and the signature 22-½" flue riser with integrated shelf make this range a true workhorse for busy kitchens.
