Built in Fuquay-Varina, NC and engineered for the rigors of a high-volume kitchen, the Southbend Ultimate Series delivers legendary power, durability, and flexibility in one cook-line workhorse. This 60" model combines four high-output open burners with a full 36" thermostatic griddle, giving chefs instant access to sauté, stock-pot simmering, breakfast production, and searing all on the same surface.

  • (2) 33,000 BTU lifetime non-clog burners (rear) — ideal for large stock pots up to 14".
  • 36" wide, ½" thick polished steel griddle (right-side) with thermostatic control for accurate zone cooking from breakfast to burgers.
  • Total input: 196,000 BTU/hr (natural or LP convertible, regulator factory installed).
  • Standing pilots on open burners for instant ignition; manual gas shut-off located at the front rail.

  • All-stainless front, sides, 4" front rail and flue-shelf withstand daily abuse and speed clean-up.
  • 4 removable, heavy-duty cast-iron grate tops; full-width drip trays catch spills.
  • 22 ½" flue riser with integrated shelf keeps cookware warm and organized.
  • 6" adjustable stainless legs for leveling on uneven floors.
  • Twin stainless cabinet bases (left & right) provide pan, sheet-tray, or small-wares storage behind smooth-swing doors (doors supplied at no extra charge).
