Important: Install under a properly ventilated hood.
• Charbroiler sections must be placed against non-combustible surfaces.
• Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are lit—excessive heat can cause permanent damage and void warranty.
• Limit cookware larger than 12" to rear burners to protect the front rail components.
