Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series packs heavy-duty power, precision and versatility into a single 60" footprint. Two open burners, a full 48" griddle and dual oven cavities give chefs the freedom to sauté, sear, bake and roast — all on one rugged, stainless-steel platform that earns CSA and NSF approvals.
