Installation & use notes
• Install under a vented hood and against non-combustible surfaces when using the charbroiler.
• Do not lay sheet pans over charbroiler grates while burners are on—the reflected heat can damage the unit and void warranty.
• Use cookware 12″ + on rear burners only to prevent heat from damaging front-rail components.
