The Southbend Ultimate 460-AD pairs six high-output open burners with a precision 24 inch griddle and two full-size ovens—standard and convection—so your kitchen can keep pace from breakfast through last call.

All-in-One Cooking Power

  • 3 x 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners in the front for fast, even heat distribution.
  • 3 x 33,000 BTU lifetime non-clog burners in the rear—perfect for large stock pots (up to 14").
  • 24" thermostatic griddle (½" polished steel) on the left side; each control dial covers 12" for precise zone cooking.
  • 45,000 BTU standard oven – two-position rack system (1 rack included).
  • 32,000 BTU convection oven with 1/2 hp fan – five-position rack system (3 racks included).
  • Battery-spark ignition on both ovens; standing pilots on open burners for instant starts.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, 4" rail & 22.5" flue riser shelf stand up to daily abuse and simplify wipe-downs.
  • Front-mounted gas shut-off and factory pressure regulator for quick, code-compliant installs.

Intended for commercial kitchens only. Always install under a properly sized vent hood and follow local code requirements. Oversized cookware (12" Ø+) should be used on the rear burners to avoid excess heat on the front rail.
