The Southbend Ultimate Series combines high-output open burners, a space-saving raised griddle-broiler, and both a standard and convection oven in one rugged, stainless-steel workhorse—engineered for the non-stop demands of busy commercial kitchens.

  • Removable, heavy-duty cast-iron grates handle cookware up to 14" Ø.
  • 24" raised griddle-broiler (≈80,000 BTU) with ½" polished steel plate—sear, toast or finish under the integrated broiler.
  • Standing pilots on the cooktop plus a front-mounted master gas shut-off for instant control.
  • Twin full-width drip trays keep grease contained and clean-ups quick.
Dual Oven Flexibility
  • Standard oven – 45,000 BTU, 175-550 °F thermostat for roasting, baking & holding.
  • Convection oven – 32,000 BTU, ½ hp fan for faster, more even results.
  • Battery-spark ignition on both ovens—no external power required for lighting.
