  • 3 × Non-clog burners (rear): 33,000 BTU each, patented one-piece cast iron—lifetime clog-free design; rear grates accept up to a 14" stock pot.
  • 24" Charbroiler (right-side): 64,000 BTU cast-iron radiants deliver authentic flame-kissed flavor without moving to a separate station.

Dual oven power

  • Standard oven: 45,000 BTU, 175 – 550 °F thermostat, battery-spark ignition.
  • Convection oven: 32,000 BTU, 175 – 550 °F thermostat, ½ hp fan (115 V plug-in) with on/off switch.
  • Four heavy-duty racks supplied (multiple positions).
  • Fully porcelain-enameled interiors with coved corners wipe clean fast.
