Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate series packs exceptional power, durability and flexibility into one 60" footprint. A split open-top layout lets you sauté, sear and simmer simultaneously, while the full-size convection oven and stainless cabinet base keep product moving and tools organized.
