Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 60" Range combines four different burner styles, a full-size convection oven, and a stainless storage cabinet into one rugged, NSF-listed workstation. Get the speed of sauté flames, the stamina of non-clog burners, and the brute power of patented Pyromax™ technology — all on the same cooktop.

Power & Versatility on the Cooktop

  • (2) 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners (front right) for quick heat-up and precise control.
  • (2) 33,000 BTU non-clog burners (rear right) designed to stay clean under heavy use.
  • (4) 40,000 BTU Pyromax™ burners (left) with built-in drip rings for maximum output.
  • Four removable cast-iron grate sections; rear grates accept 14" stock pots.
  • Standing pilots for instant, reliable ignition on all open burners.
  • 4" deep stainless front rail and a 22-1/2" flue riser with heavy-duty plate shelf.

High-Performance Convection Oven

  • 32,000 BTU battery-spark-ignited burner.
  • 175 °F – 550 °F thermostat range.
  • 14"H × 26"W × 24"D porcelain-enameled cavity fits full-size sheet pans in either direction.
