A rugged stainless-steel frame, powerful burner combination, and a full-size convection oven give your crew everything they need on one compact footprint.

Important Installation & Use Notes
• Install under a properly sized, code-compliant ventilation hood.
• For NON-quarry tile floors, consult factory for leg/caster options.
• Limit cookware larger than 12" to the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
• ¾" gas supply hose must meet ANSI Z 21.69; restraint device required when using casters.
