- 32,000 BTU natural-gas burner with battery-spark ignition—no external electricity needed for flame lighting
- Full-size porcelain-enamel cavity (14"H × 26"W × 24"D) resists corrosion and wipes clean quickly
- Temperature range 175 °F – 550 °F controlled by a snap-action thermostat
- 1/2 HP, 115 V fan motor (5.9 A) delivers even heat circulation; on/off switch lets you run the oven as a static bake chamber when desired
- Includes 3 chrome racks with 5 position rails for maximum pan flexibility
- All-stainless front, sides, high-shelf & 22-1/2" flue riser resist dents, splashes and daily wear
