Important Installation & Use Notes
• Intended for commercial use only.
• For floors other than quarry tile, cement or natural stone, consult factory for approved installation methods.
• Cookware larger than 12″ should be kept on the rear burner to prevent excessive heat at the front rail.
• Unit must be installed under a properly sized, ventilated hood and connected to ¾″ gas supply at the required pressure.
