Performance-Driven Cooking Surface

  • Front: (2) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/sauté burners for fast, even heat.
  • Rear: (2) 33,000 BTU non-clog burners – patented, lifetime-clog-free design.
  • Left-hand 36" thermostatic griddle – ½" polished steel plate with 4" splash, steady 200-550 °F zone control (64,000 BTU).
  • Heavy cast grates accept up to a 14" stock pot on rear burners.
  • Total top-section input: 196,000 BTU/hr.

All-Purpose Base Combination

  • Full-size convection oven (32,000 BTU) with battery-spark ignition, 175-550 °F thermostat, porcelain-enameled interior, 3 chrome racks/5 positions.
  • Stainless cabinet base on the right keeps sheet pans, hotel pans and stock pots organized; option for field-installable doors.
  • 1/2 hp two-speed fan motor delivers quick, even bake and roast cycles.
