Split Open-Top Burner Layout • Dual Convection Ovens • 375,000 BTU

Bring powerhouse performance to the line with Southbend’s Ultimate Series. This 60-inch model is factory-configured for maximum versatility—pairing high-output Pyromax™ burners and precision star burners with two full-size convection ovens inside a rugged, stainless-steel cabinet.

Range-Top Configuration

  • 3 × 33,000 BTU non-clog burners – front right
  • 2 × 40,000 BTU Pyromax™ burners – rear right (ultra-high output)
  • 2 × 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners – front left for fast, even heat
  • 2 × 33,000 BTU non-clog burners – rear left
  • Standing pilots with a single, front-mounted manual gas shut-off
  • 4 removable cast-iron grate sets; rear grates accept up to a 14" stock pot

Dual Convection Ovens

  • 2 × 32,000 BTU convection ovens with battery-spark ignition
  • Thermostat range: 175 °F – 550 °F (79 °C – 288 °C)

Installation Note: This range is intended for commercial kitchens only. Install under a properly sized vent hood and use 6" legs or casters when placed on combustible floors. For cookware 12" or larger, use rear burners to prevent excessive front-rail heat.
