Southbend “Ultimate” 60" Gas Restaurant Range

12" open burners • 48" thermostatic griddle • double convection ovens • 210,000 BTU

Built to keep up with the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series puts heavy-duty power, precision and durability into one all-inclusive cooking suite. With a high-output griddle, open burners for sauté work and twin convection ovens below, this 60" range can literally handle breakfast, lunch and dinner all at the same time.

Key features at a glance

  • 60 3/4" Ultimate chassis with 4" stainless front rail and front-mounted gas shut-off.
  • Open burners (left 12") – front 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burner for even heat, rear 33,000 BTU non-clog burner sized for 14" stock pots; standing pilots for instant lighting.
  • Right-side 48" griddle – 1" thick, polished steel plate with raised sides, thermostatic controls every 12" for accurate zone cooking (175 °F – 550 °F).
  • (2) Convection ovens – 32,000 BTU each, battery-spark ignition, 175 °F – 550 °F thermostats, porcelain enamel cavities, (3) racks per oven with 5 positions.
  • 22-1/2" stainless flue riser with integrated heavy-duty shelf for plating and small-wares.
  • 6" adjustable stainless steel legs; casters available.
  • Factory-installed 3/4" pressure regulator and cord-set (115 V plug) for the oven blowers.
  • Certified CSA Flame & Star, cCSAus, and NSF for commercial kitchens.
