  • 27"-deep cooktop with removable cast-iron grates that accept up to a 14" stock pot on the rear burners.
  • 22½" flue riser with integrated heavy-duty stainless shelf for pans, spices or plating.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory-installed pressure regulator for quick service access.
  • Standing pilots on open burners; battery spark ignition on ovens for reliable starts and lower utility costs.
