- Dual convection ovens (32,000 BTU each) with battery spark ignition, 175–550 °F thermostat and ½ hp fan motor for fast, even baking.
- (3) heavy-duty chrome racks per oven; 5 position side rails fit full-size sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side.
- 27"-deep cooktop with removable cast-iron grates that accept up to a 14" stock pot on the rear burners.
