Oven Performance

Each standard oven offers a wide 175 – 550 °F thermostat range and a spring-assisted door for smooth, one-handed operation. Coved, fully porcelain interiors wipe clean fast and resist corrosion, while the included rack adjusts to two positions to handle everything from artisan breads to hotel pans.
