  • 48" wide, 1" thick polished steel griddle (left-hand) with thermostatic controls for precise zone temperatures.
  • (2) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/​sauté burners with standing pilots and removable grates—perfect for stock-pots and saucepans.
  • (2) 45,000 BTU standard bake ovens with battery spark ignition, 175-550 °F thermostats and porcelain interiors for easy clean-up. One rack per cavity included.
  • Total input: 236,000 BTU (Natural or LP). Factory pressure regulator & front-mounted gas shut-off simplify installation and service.
  • 22½" stainless flue riser with heavy-duty staging shelf keeps pans and plating garnishes within reach.
  • 4" full-width front rail, drip trays under burners and raised griddle sides help contain spills for a cleaner line.
  • Durable stainless steel front, sides, shelf and 6" adjustable legs—built for years of high-volume service.
