  • Factory-installed pressure regulator and LP conversion components included.
  • Available caster kit, salamander mounts and extra racks ship from factory (sold separately).

Intended for commercial use only. Install under a properly vented hood and observe 10" side/rear clearance to combustibles (0" for non-combustible). Use rear grates for cookware larger than 12" Ø to prevent excess heat on the front rail.

Warranty Reminder: Damage caused by improper installation, oversized cookware on the front rail, or use on non-quarry tile floors is not covered. Always follow Southbend’s installation & maintenance guidelines.
