Bring sauté, sear, grill and bake production together in one powerhouse line-up. The Southbend Ultimate 60" Series combines 352,000 BTU of total output with the rugged build quality chefs have trusted for decades— all backed by CSA & NSF certifications and a one-year parts & labor warranty.

Cooking Power & Versatility

  • (6) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/sauté burners deliver even flame distribution and lifetime clog-free performance.
  • Heavy-duty, removable cast-iron grates; rear grate section accepts stock pots up to 14".
  • 24" right-side charbroiler with cast-iron radiants & grates—ideal for steaks, chops and vegetables.
  • Standing pilots on open tops for instant, reliable lighting.

Dual Standard Ovens

  • Each oven: 45,000 BTU with thermostatic control from 175 °F – 550 °F (79 °C – 288 °C).
  • Battery spark ignition—no electrical hook-up needed for the bases.
  • Porcelain-enameled, coved-corner interiors (26" W × 26.5" D × 14" H) speed clean-up & promote even bake.
  • Ships with one nickel-plated rack per cavity; two-position side rails.

Built for the Line

  • All-stainless front, sides, shelf & 4" front rail resist corrosion and wipe clean.
  • 22.5" flue riser with integrated heavy-duty shelf keeps plates and smallwares warming & organized.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off controls the entire range at once.
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard; optional caster kit available.
  • Factory-installed regulator & 3/4" rear gas connection simplify installation.
