Purpose–built for the high-volume commercial kitchen, the Southbend Ultimate 60" range delivers unrivaled power, flexibility and durability. A unique nine-burner layout pairs ultra-high-output Pyromax™ ports with Southbend’s patented clog-free cast-iron burners, giving chefs immediate access to gentle sauté heat and roaring wok fire on the same deck. A full-size 45,000 BTU oven and stainless cabinet base maximize productivity and storage, while the 22½" flue riser shelf keeps smallwares close at hand.

Important: This equipment is intended for commercial use under a properly sized ventilation hood. For optimal performance and to maintain warranty coverage, supply W.C. gas pressure as specified and limit oversized cookware to the rear burners.
