A proven workhorse for high-volume kitchens, it delivers rapid-response sauté burners, a full-service charbroiler, a high-performance oven and built-in dry storage—all wrapped in easy-clean stainless steel.

Important installation & use notes
  • Install under a properly sized, vented hood; charbroiler sections require 10" rear clearance to non-combustible surfaces.
  • Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans during cleaning—reflected heat can cause component damage.
  • Limit pots larger than 12" diameter to rear burners to prevent overheating the front rail.
  • If installed on flooring other than quarry tile, cement or natural stone, consult Southbend for approved mounting options.
