Important Charbroiler Care: Never block the charbroiler grates with a sheet pan during cleaning—reflected heat can permanently damage the unit and void the warranty.

Oversized cookware (12" +) should be used toward the rear grates to avoid trapping heat in the front rail. This equipment is intended for commercial use and must be installed under a properly sized vent hood.
