Power, versatility and rugged construction—packed into one 60-inch footprint. The Southbend Ultimate Series gives busy kitchens the speed of eight high-output burners, the flexibility of two ovens and the durability operators have trusted for generations.

Important: This appliance is intended for commercial use only. Install under a properly sized, vented hood and supply with 3/4" gas at 7" W.C. (Natural). If mounted on casters with a flex hose, a restraining device must be used. Oversized cookware (12" Ø or larger) should be placed on rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
