- Install under a vented hood; 0" side clearance to non-combustibles (10" for rear / charbroiler units).
- 6" legs or casters required for installation on combustible floors.
- For flex-hose connections use ¾" I.D. hose compliant with ANSI Z 21.69 and a restraining device.
- Limit cookware ≥ 12" Ø to the rear burners to prevent excess heat on the front rail.
