Heavy-duty stainless construction, a factory-installed regulator, and simple battery-spark ignitions keep the line moving shift after shift.

  • Use oversized (12″+) pots on the rear burners only to protect front rail components.
  • Never place sheet pans over the charbroiler grates while burners are lit—heat reflection will damage the unit and void warranty.
