Built for kitchens that never slow down, the Southbend Ultimate Range delivers 339,000 BTU of consistent, easily controlled heat across a spacious 60-inch cooking surface—then adds the flexibility of a heavy-duty charbroiler and the productivity of two full-size ovens beneath. From searing steaks to baking pastries, this single appliance keeps every station moving.

Important: Oversized cookware (12″ +) should be used on the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail. When cleaning the charbroiler, never cover the grates with a sheet pan—excess reflected heat can cause permanent damage.
