Installation & Utility Notes

  • Minimum gas inlet pressure: 7" W.C. (Natural).
  • Install under a properly sized vent hood in accordance with local codes.
  • If using a flex-hose, ¾" I.D. minimum and ANSI Z21.69 compliant.
  • Unit ships on 6" legs; casters available (sold separately).
Commercial use only. Oversized cookware (12"+ diameter) should be placed on rear grates to avoid excess heat on the front rail. Damage resulting from improper installation, ventilation, or cleaning is not covered under warranty.
