Installation Reminder: Charbroiler sections must be installed beneath a properly sized commercial ventilation hood and 10" away from combustible materials. Use a 3/4" flex-hose rated to ANSI Z 21.69 if a quick-disconnect is required.

Oversized cookware (12"+ diameter) should be used on the rear grates to prevent heat buildup in the front rail. Never block the charbroiler with sheet pans while burners are on—damage is not covered under warranty.
