• Maintain 10" clearance from combustibles (charbroiler requires non-combustible placement).
• Oversized cookware (12"+) should be used on rear burners to avoid front-rail heat damage.
• Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans during cleaning—excess heat can damage components.
