Installation Note: Unit must be installed under a ventilated hood with adequate clearance (10" sides & rear to combustibles). When using flex-hose, hose I.D. must be at least 3/4" and comply with ANSI Z 21.69. To avoid heat damage, keep oversized cookware (12"+ diameter) to the rear burners.
