Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Range combines high-powered open burners, a precise thermostatic griddle, and two full-size ovens in one rugged 60-inch footprint.

  • Wavy cast-iron grates let you slide heavy stockpots across the entire cooking surface without lifting.
  • Right-side 24" griddle with ½" polished steel plate and thermostatic controls for repeatable results.
  • Two 45,000 BTU standard ovens (175 °F–550 °F) with battery-spark ignition; each supplied with one rack.
  • 22.5" flue riser with integrated stainless shelf keeps plates, spices or utensils warm and within reach.
  • All-stainless front, sides, 4" front rail and high-splash shelf for easy cleanup and lasting good looks.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator simplify installation and service.
  • Standing pilots for burners; separate pilots with battery spark for each oven base.
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs level the range on uneven floors.
