Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 60" range combines 270,000 BTU of open-top power with a 45,000 BTU standard oven and a convenient stainless cabinet base. Patented non-clog burners, full-surface wavy grates and rock-solid stainless construction give chefs the performance and durability they demand service after service.

  • Ten 27,000 BTU lifetime non-clog cast-iron burners with standing pilots.
  • Wavy one-piece cast-iron grates let cookware slide effortlessly across the 27"-deep cooking surface; rear sections accommodate 14" stock pots.
  • Left-hand standard oven (45,000 BTU) with battery spark ignition, 175 °F–550 °F thermostat and one heavy-duty rack (2 positions).
  • Right-hand stainless steel cabinet base for easy, heat-safe storage (doors available at no charge).
  • 22 ½" flue riser with reinforced shelf keeps pans, spices and plating essentials close at hand.
  • Stainless front, sides, 4" front rail & shelf plus 6" adjustable stainless legs (casters optional).
