From high-volume sauté stations to simmering signature sauces, the Southbend Ultimate 60" range gives chefs the versatility, capacity and rugged build they need for an all-day service. Eight open burners, a heavy-duty standard oven and a stainless cabinet base are packed into a single, NSF-listed footprint that thrives in the busiest kitchens.

  • 4 × 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy cast-iron grates for continuous pot support.
  • 4 × 40,000 BTU patented Pyromax burners (left bank) – maximum output for woks, stockpots and searing.
  • 45,000 BTU standard oven with battery-spark ignition; includes 1 rack with two position rails.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory regulator for quick, code-compliant hook-ups.
  • 22-1/2" flue riser with reinforced shelf – ideal for plating or mounting a salamander/cheesemelter.
