Installation & Use: For non-quarry tile floors or cookware larger than 12" Ø, follow Southbend guidelines to prevent heat damage and keep your warranty intact. Always install under a properly vented hood and supply gas through an ANSI Z21.69-rated 3/4" flex hose (with restraining device if casters are used).
