Installation Notes

  • Minimum gas supply pressure: 7" W.C. (Natural) or 11" W.C. (LP).
  • Install under a properly sized, code-compliant vent hood.
  • 10" rear & side clearance required from combustible construction when using the charbroiler.
  • If casters are used, a restraining device must be installed to prevent undue strain on the gas hose.
Charbroiler Cleaning: Never place a sheet pan across the charbroiler grates while burners are on; reflected heat can damage internal components and void the warranty.

Oversized cookware (12"+ diameter) should be used on the rear burners only to prevent excess heat on the front rail.
