Dual-Oven Flexibility

  • Standard Oven (45 k BTU) – ideal for roasting & holding; accepts full-size sheet pans in either direction.
  • Convection Oven (32 k BTU) – 1/2 hp fan delivers even baking & faster cook times; blower switch lets you run it as a static oven when required.
  • 175 °F – 550 °F thermostat range on both ovens.
  • Spring-assisted doors stay cool and close smoothly.
  • Includes four heavy-duty racks (adjustable).
