Intended for commercial use under a vented hood. Minimum 7" W.C. inlet pressure (natural gas). For flooring other than quarry tile or concrete, consult Southbend installation guidelines.

Important: Avoid placing cookware larger than 12" in diameter over the front rail to prevent heat damage to control components. Use rear burners for oversized pots whenever possible.
