  • Right-side 48" griddle with a 1" polished steel plate—perfect for breakfast rush, searing proteins or batch sauté.
  • Dual oven base:
    • 45,000 BTU standard oven—accommodates full-size sheet pans both directions.
    • 32,000 BTU convection oven—fan-circulated heat for faster, more even baking & roasting.
  • Battery-spark ignition on both ovens; standing pilots on burners for dependable, match-free lighting.
  • Includes four chrome-plated oven racks (interchangeable between cavities).
