The Southbend Ultimate Series 60" range marries a full-length 48" griddle, two heavy-duty non-clog burners with wavy grates, and a split oven base (standard + convection) into one stainless-steel workhorse built for the most demanding commercial kitchens.

Installation & Use Notes
  • Minimum supply pressure: 7" W.C. Natural / 11" W.C. LP.
  • 6" legs or casters are required on combustible floors that are not quarry tile.
  • Limit cookware > 12" in diameter to the rear grates to avoid heat damage to the front rail.
  • Unit must be installed under a properly sized vent hood; observe 10" side/rear clearance from combustibles.
